I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were really large and in great condition, providing a comfortable experience. The service was top-notch, with incredibly kind and understanding staff. The location was perfect, directly opposite Derby train station. The dining experience was just what I needed, with a help-yourself setup and delicious homemade ice-cream. Overall, a great value for money.

The hotel is conveniently located near the train station, making it easy to access, but a bit of a walk from Derby center. The rooms were clean and had all the necessary amenities, although we had to change rooms due to noise issues, the night porter was helpful. The service was warm and welcoming, especially from the night porters, although some staff members were rude when we asked for a discount due to disturbances. The location was perfect for our trip to watch Man United play Derby, with easy access to the town and plenty of dining options nearby. The dining experience was good overall, but it would have been better if the eating hours were extended. The hotel has easy access to town through various transport options and is right across from the station entrance.
